Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.
Items must not have been worn and must be returned in their original packaging.
By returning your item:
To request a return, please log on to your Customer Area, tab “My orders and returns”.
You can click on “view order” on the line of the order you wish to return.
In the order details screen, click on “return request” (black button on the right of the screen).
This takes you to the returns form, where you can select the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason(s) for the return.
Validate your return request by clicking on “Validate” (black button at the bottom of the form).
Besson allows you to benefit from low return shipping costs (€5.50 for a returned item). After validation, you will be able to download the delivery label in PDF format. In the absence of error on our part, the cost of the label will be deducted from the amount of your refund, corresponding to the cost of the return. We do not yet offer returns to relay points.
Once we have received your item, we will proceed with the refund.
